Jon Krause grew up in Coquitlam, BC, with big dreams of becoming a professional soccer player. That passion for sports led him to his first job selling soccer gear at SoccerWest—but it was a family connection that eventually kicked off his career in RV sales. When his brother-in-law, a long-time team member at Traveland, introduced him to the RV industry, Jon quickly realized he’d found his calling.
Now with 9 years of experience and a leadership role as Sales Manager, Jon brings energy, insight, and a deep understanding of what families are looking for in an RV. His favorite part of the job is helping people find the perfect RV to get them out making memories with family and friends.
At home, Jon knows firsthand what makes a great RV. His family—his wife and two kids, Harper (7) and Declan (9)—loves their 180BHS travel trailer, especially on trips to their favorite destination: Jarvis Bay Campground at Sylvan Lake. It’s their top pick for camping, hands down—even if the whole world were an option.
When he’s not on the lot or out camping, Jon enjoys cooking, playing all kinds of sports, and watching movies. His days off are all about family time, shared with their two dogs, a cat, and a bearded dragon. He jokes that he only speaks one language “barely,” but when it comes to RVs, he’s fluent in helping people find the perfect fit.
“I wish everyone could camp every day,” Jon says—and as Sales Manager, he’s committed to helping make that dream a reality.
