Today, it boasts a population of just over 9,000, making it Montana’s 8th largest city. H. Earl Clack Memorial Museum
Explore local human history, and learn about what the world was like before humans! Check out their display of 75 million year old dinosaur eggs, dinosaur skulls, or wander next door to the famed archeological site, the Wahkpa Chu’gn Buffalo Jump Site.
Prairie Farms Golf Course
Enjoy a 9 hole golf course loacted in the trees along the scenic Milk River. Come on out for a round with friends and then hit the clubhouse to relax on the patio or by the fire pit with beautiful surroundings!
Beaver Creek Park
Situated within the Bear Paw Mountains is Beaver Creek Park. It is open year round, includes 2 lakes, and even a campground! At over 10,000 acres, it is the largest county park in the United States. The famous Bear Paw Nature Trail follows an old road created by soldiers, and in many places you can still see the tracks from the loaded wagons. There is a lot of wildlife that can be enjoyed while hiking the trail.
