About Airstream

Riveted aluminum travel trailers built in Jackson Center, Ohio, to a shape that has barely changed since 1936. Owners tend to keep them for decades, and the shell is most of the reason. We are the number one Airstream dealer in Canada.

Compact, warm interiors and a shell that holds its value.

Wally Byam built his first trailer in the late 1920s and formally launched Airstream in Los Angeles in 1931. The riveted aluminum Clipper of 1936 established the shape the brand still builds today: aerodynamic, semi-monocoque, assembled by hand with thousands of rivets. Production later moved to Jackson Center, Ohio, and since 1980 every unit has been built there under Thor Industries ownership. The lineup spans compact Basecamp and Bambi trailers through Classic, plus Interstate, Atlas and Rangeline touring coaches.

Owners tend to keep these trailers for decades, and the aluminum shell is a large part of why. Interiors are compact, warm and thoughtfully finished, which suits couples and small families who care as much about how a trailer looks parked as how it tows. Compare shell length against your tow vehicle first, then look at the energy packages: solar capacity, lithium options and tank sizes vary widely across Bambi, Flying Cloud, Globetrotter and Classic.
