About Leisure Travel Vans
Leisure Travel Vans is a Canadian manufacturer based in Winkler, Manitoba, building luxury Class B and Class B+ motorhomes on Mercedes-Benz and Ford chassis. Its Unity and Wonder lines are known for innovative space-saving floorplans, premium craftsmanship, and compact coaches that are easy to drive anywhere.
Leisure Travel Vans began in 1978 in Gretna, Manitoba, and has been part of Triple E Recreational Vehicles since 2008, with every coach now assembled in Winkler. The company builds just two lines, the Unity on the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter chassis and the Wonder on the Ford Transit, both a little over 25 feet. Curved fiberglass bodywork and a deliberately narrow floorplan range let the factory concentrate on fit and finish rather than volume.
Ownership suits couples who want motorhome comfort in a footprint that still parks like a large van. Just over 25 feet means most provincial campsites and city streets stay manageable, while lithium batteries, solar and inverters support several nights away from hookups. Compare the two chassis first, the Sprinter diesel for range or the Transit gas for simpler service, then compare floorplans, since twin beds, a Murphy bed and a rear lounge each change daily living more than any option list.
