An annual inspection is the difference between finding a problem in the shop and finding it three hours from home on a Friday night. It is also what keeps a maintenance record intact, which matters for warranty claims and for resale.

The inspection is a report, not a repair. You get a written list of what is fine, what needs attention now and what can wait, and you decide what goes ahead from there.

What the work covers

  • Roof, seam and sealant condition
  • Running gear: brakes, bearings, suspension, tires
  • Propane system leak test and appliance operation
  • Electrical system and battery condition
  • Plumbing pressure test and tank operation
  • Slide-out, awning and levelling operation
  • Written report with items ranked by urgency
