Collision work, fiberglass, and metal repair on RVs, done in our own shop rather than farmed out to a shop that mostly does cars.
The body shop and paint facility is at our Langley location, and the paint booth is 50 feet long, which is what it takes to get a full-size coach inside and close the doors. Painting an RV is not the same job as painting a car. A Class A with pop-outs needs a booth that can move and filter a lot of air evenly, and hold temperature and humidity steady while it does, or the finish will tell on you later. Downdraft and crossdraft airflow behave differently on a surface that size, so the booth setup gets matched to the coach rather than the other way around.
Day to day that means paint prep, colour matching, metallics, and full repaints, with man-lifts in the booth so the crew can work the upper panels properly instead of reaching.
We are authorized to do RV collision repair for ICBC, Aviva, and other private insurers, and we deal with your adjuster directly so you are not stuck relaying messages between the shop and the insurance company.
